Yesterday I was stopped by the Latvian traffic police… I was exceeding speed limit and he told that he will write protocol. I gave him my drivers license and technical passport already together with 5 Lats (10 Usd) because I wanted proceed faster with this .
Then he was asking me to go out from car and then he was quite angry that I did this in very brute manner in front of my pasangers – family with kids. He explained me that in case if I have pasangers then I should ask policeman permittance to step out from car, and only then put my cash inside drivers licence and then give to police, without witnesses!
I am teaching my kids that we should support our police, they are our friends, they have small salary, and they are very angry if they do not eat fully enough!
